About SessioTech

A quick overview of the platform, who it serves, and the business problems it solves.

SessioTech is an AI occupancy intelligence platform that helps businesses understand how their physical spaces are being used in real time.

SessioTech is built for gyms, offices, libraries, coworking spaces, retail spaces, and facilities with cameras that want clearer occupancy insights.

SessioTech helps businesses reduce overcrowding, improve space planning, understand peak usage patterns, and make better decisions with live occupancy data.

CCTV only shows video. SessioTech turns camera footage into useful occupancy data, zone-level charts, trends, and reports that operators can act on.

Trust

Privacy & Security

How SessioTech approaches privacy, access control, and customer data separation.

No. SessioTech is designed to store metadata such as counts, zones, timestamps, confidence levels, and reports. It is not designed to store raw video footage.

No. SessioTech counts people for occupancy analytics. It does not identify individuals, perform facial recognition, or store face data.

Only authorized users linked to your business account can access your dashboard, reports, cameras, zones, and occupancy history.

Yes. SessioTech uses membership-based access so each customer only sees data for the businesses they are authorized to access.

Integration

Cameras & Integration

What camera sources work, how existing CCTV can connect, and what to expect from live video.

SessioTech supports sample videos for testing, webcams and local cameras for pilots, and IP/CCTV cameras through RTSP or HTTP stream URLs.

Not always. SessioTech can often work with existing CCTV or IP cameras if the business can provide a stream URL or camera access details.

Yes. RTSP and HTTP camera streams are the preferred way to connect real CCTV cameras. A typical source looks like an RTSP URL from an IP camera or NVR, or an HTTP/HTTPS MJPEG stream.

Usually no. Bluetooth normally does not expose a reliable video stream. Phone cameras should use tools like Continuity Camera, DroidCam, Camo, Iriun, or an IP camera app that creates a stream URL.

For the MVP, SessioTech polls fresh frames instead of running a full continuous stream. This keeps testing simpler while still showing the latest occupancy signal.

AI

AI Occupancy Analytics

How detection, zones, capacity, and reports turn camera footage into practical operating data.

SessioTech uses YOLO computer vision to detect people, then checks whether each detected person is inside a saved zone.

Zones are custom areas drawn on a camera frame, such as Weights Area, Entrance, Study Room, Lobby, or Checkout Queue.

Yes. Each zone can have its own capacity, so SessioTech can calculate occupancy percentage and show whether a space is light, steady, or busy.

SessioTech can generate occupancy summaries, zone usage trends, peak hours, camera-level insights, and weekly business reports.

Accuracy depends on camera angle, lighting, crowd density, video quality, and whether people are clearly visible in the frame.

Launch

Setup & Deployment

What teams need for a pilot and how SessioTech can grow across multiple locations.

A basic pilot can usually be set up quickly once camera access is available and the important zones are configured.

We typically need the camera type, stream URL if available, username and password if required, and the areas you want to track.

Yes. SessioTech supports businesses with multiple locations, cameras, and zones, so teams can manage occupancy across an entire operation.

Yes. The dashboard runs in the browser and can be accessed securely by authorized users connected to your business account.
